EHDS coverage is mostly law firms explaining what the regulation says. This is the other thing: what has moved, what it means for a manufacturer's file, and the source so you can check us. Every item names its publisher and its own date.

We would rather have an empty page than a padded one. When something moves — an implementing act, a specification, an implementation guide your evidence is pinned to — it appears here. In the meantime the EHDS Vendor Roadmap is the thing worth reading.
What we watch
Listed so you can judge our coverage, and so you can go straight to the source if you would rather read it yourself. One of these publishers offers a feed; the rest we check.

| European Commission | eHealth Network guidelines, which is where the EEHRxF specifications are shaped before they become implementing acts. |
| Xt-EHR joint action | Revisions to D8.2, the eleven-step conformity assessment workflow the whole product is shaped around, and the functional specifications feeding the common specifications. |
| HL7 Europe | Ballots and releases of the European implementation guides our validation runs against — eps, mpd, laboratory, hdr, imaging, base, extensions. |
| packages.fhir.org | A new IG version is the most common reason a customer's pinned evidence stops being reproducible. This is the feed behind the evidence-ageing alert. |
| TEHDAS2 joint action | Secondary-use guidance. Mostly out of our scope, but it moves Member State expectations that vendors then meet. |
Where a secondary source reports a regulatory change, the item is not published until the primary instrument or the Commission's own page carries it. Article numbering in secondary sources is unreliable.
